Join us for this dynamic and creative week where we explore values, discuss emotions, work on building confidence, managing stress, and teach skills in self-expression. These workshops will be facilitated by

Each session starts at 3pm, but your teens are welcome to join us starting from 2:30pm.

June 3: Exploring Values

  • Learn to identify your personal values and align decision making with those values

June 4: Talking Emotions

  • Learn to recognize and understand emotions and how to communicate them to others

June 5: Building Confidence

  • Learn to identify one’s own strengths and work on boundaries and assertiveness

June 6: Managing Stress

  • Learn ways to manage difficult emotions, problem-solve, and seeking others’ support

June 7: Expressing Self-Skills

  • Learn to express self in one’s own unique way and foster healthy relationships

Teens can attend individual sessions at AED 250 each or the entire week for just AED 1,000!

  • Practice effective and constructive communication on what matters most to you

  • Discuss goals for your children and how to implement them amidst a separation/divorce

  • Identify healthy role models (both online and in their own social networks)

  • Evaluate their existing digital footprint and how it might impact them in the future
