Anger is a completely normal emotion, however responding with aggression can be troublesome. Join us as we discuss how to manage anxiety, stress, and anger in daily situations, relationships, and the workplace. This workshop is suitable for adults age 20+.
In this workshop, you will:
Learn about anxiety, stress, and anger and its impacts on both a physiological and psychological level.
Gain insight about your personal triggers and find more effective ways to manage anger and stress in daily situations.
Practice assertive and constructive communication, one that moves away from aggression and aggressive behaviour.
