Parenting is hard work. We all need a little extra support sometimes. I am here to help you and your family when you are struggling with your child's behavior, emotions, relationships, or routines. 

My services are grounded in the latest research and best practice. They are customized to meet the needs of your family.


Parenting Check-Up

This service consists of a one-hour meeting, conducted either face-to-face or via telephone/Skype. I will answer your questions about parenting, child development, and well-being during this time.

The parenting check-up is right for you if:

  • You have questions about parenting, child development, or well-being
  • You want to learn new parenting skills that are based on the latest research and best practice

Parenting Consultations | In-home help with children & family

This comprehensive service has four stages that are designed to arm you with the tips and tricks you need to overcome the challenges that you are facing at home. 

The stages are as follows:

  1. Introductory phone call (about 30 minutes)

  2. Family visit in your home (about 90 minutes)

  3. Recommendations that are customized, easy to implement, and detailed

  4. Follow-up phone call to check your family's progress two weeks later (about 30 minutes)
